These Terms govern your use of sheafui.dev and any Pro components purchased through it. By accessing this website or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.

SheafUI's 44+ free components are open source and governed by their respective licenses on GitHub. Nothing in these Terms restricts your use of the free components beyond what those licenses specify.
Upon purchasing a yearly Pro license, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

The source code installed into your project is yours to keep. A lapsed or cancelled license does not remove components already installed — it only stops access to future installs and updates.
Pro components may be installed into both private and public-facing applications — there is no restriction on deploying them in a live product regardless of whether that product is commercial or free.
However, the repository or codebase containing installed Pro components must remain private. You may not:
If you need to collaborate with a team on a private repository, that is permitted under a Team license. A single Individual license does not cover shared private repository access by multiple developers.
Violation of this clause constitutes a breach of your license and may result in immediate license termination without refund.
Pro licenses are billed annually. Your license renews automatically on the anniversary of your purchase date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed by Paddle, who serves as the Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

SheafUI retains ownership of the original component source, design system, documentation, and brand. The license granted above does not transfer intellectual property ownership — it grants you the right to use and modify the code within your own projects as described.
Pro components are provided "as is". We make no guarantees about fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every environment. We will always work to resolve legitimate bugs, but we cannot guarantee specific resolution timelines.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SheafUI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pro components or this website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active license holders of material changes via email. Continued use of a Pro license after changes constitutes acceptance.
